He is supported by his two sons Aman and Vikrant who handle development, operations and sales. The group is promoting projects in USA and has about 15 years in professional large constructions. The group has plans to promote residential & commercial developments in Punjab, Near Delhi, Near Mumbai, in HP for which it has already acquired land assets worth 990 crores. Our core team, led by our CEO Sanjay Sinha, is made up of three highly qualified members with over 40 years of combined experience in the real estate industry.
Before heading up SAV, Sanjay was the Managing Director/CEO, as well as an Authorized Merchant Banker, of a public finance company where he managed investments, underwritings, FE transactions, and other financial products. He also organized significant project sanctions from various world class financial institutions, including IFC Washington. Sanjay also managed two publicly listed companies as the Managing Director and CEO in the Telecom and IT industry, with roughly 50,000 shareholders and operations countrywide while leading IPOs that were floated by the respective offshore companies.
Currently, Sanjay helps companies that have major interest in the real estate industry, higher education, and K 12 schools. He has credit experience and expertise in developing, constructing, and operating large assets.
